Although these brushes are expensive, they do an excellent job in cleaning your mouth cavity. The best part is you don’t have to follow a brushing pattern as your toothbrush will do that for you. These brushes also have self-timers that help you maintain the brushing time daily. Always brush your teeth using short strokes. Try moving the bristles back and forth instead of side to side. Don’t apply too much pressure on your teeth as it may damage your gums. In addition, you can always consider flossing your teeth for maintaining better oral hygiene.
